Well, spent quite a lot of time describing the trip to Brasov.. But it's
not about me being lazy or something, as I might appear at first. The
winds of change are to blame. The winds began to blow as soon as I
thought about moving to another place. I just wanted to trade my current
apartment for one with better furniture, a bit smaller (2 rooms instead
of 3) and in the very center of the city. Just as I decided this my
landlord suddenly appeared and described his own situation. The point
was that the guy had three appartments in Iasi two of which he wanted to
sell, since the last several years he'd been living in Spain. It didn't
matter to him which two he sold. Thus, he asked me to look at the others
said I could move if I liked one of them better.
It was exactly what I had hoped for. A two-room apartment in the center
of Iasi, near the
Hala
centrala supermarket, just a minute long walk
from the office
(quite an obvious advangage, huh? ;). I spent exactly
one day here
without an Internet-connected computer, waiting for the
cleaner from
our office to finish washing and sweeping it. But now I'm
back again.
The
previous view from my
window was replaced with the new
one with an old Armenian church and
quite a lively street. It's time to
put the new view to the gallery,
but I'll have to wait until the middle
of October when my new
Canon Ixus V2 comes. I ordered it from Germany, since
my old HP C318 has been already resting in peace, for it was stolen
during my summer vacation in Kharkov at a club (relaxed in the
Homeland,
dammit).
