Dear human being! Not knowing much of your command of the Russian language, I suppose you knowledge of its slang part isn't all-covering. So just in case, "chernokozhiy" is not the same as "chernozhopyi". And of course, description of this photo is not indended to insult anyone. Especially Africans that study in Kharkov.

My comments in no way intended to offend you, it rather intended to pay your attention to the wrong use of the word "chernokozhiy" when describing other fellows. You could use words like "inostrannie studenti" or "mezdunarodnie studenti" instead of pointing to their skin color.

I would like to assure you that I have a good grip of the russian language and it's slangs and that is one of the reasons why I commented about the photo specially when puting it on the net for the whole world to see.

I leave in the US and such descriptions are taboos. Having said so, I know people back home in Kharkov are still using such racially insensitive descriptions of other people and think that is O.K.

I saw your picture and think that you are a smart guy and can make a difference by changing some of the negative attitudes back home. In any ways, I enjoied watching the photos and seeing how much my city has changed since I left some time ago.
